With
a growing family, the owners of this house wanted to make some changes.
Rather than move, they remodeled. The Remodeling Company added two
additions and extended the full basement while the homeowners continued
living in the house through the entire process. To contain the dust
and preserve the quality of the air in the house during the remodel,
The Remodeling Company used a number of new technologies, including
a portable, industrial-strength air purifier.

For this whole-house remodel in Belmont, The
Remodeling Company worked with the owners and architect to
bring light, space and dramatic details into the home, including
cathedral ceilings and a custom built-in bookcase crafted by project
supervisor Steve Daigneau to define the boundary of the open kitchen.
New skylights over the granite-topped center island show off the
luster of the surrounding semi-custom Brookhaven cabinets.
