Gary Moffie

CGR, (Certified Graduate Remodeler), CAPS (Certified Aging in Place Specialist)

Gary combines his passion for craftsmanship and creativity with keen business acumen to transfer older homes into beautiful new living spaces. An honors business graduate of Babson College, he understands that accurate budgeting and detailed project management are as important as fine craftsmanship to ensure smooth running, successful remodels.

Ricky Coppola

Staff Carpenter

At the age of four, Ricky climbed on the roof of his house while his father was roofing and he’s been learning the tools of the trade ever since. After graduating from high school, he worked for his uncle’s construction company for a couple of years and then joined The Remodeling Company in 2010. Ricky enjoys framing and finish work, and the challenge of improving his carpentry skills. On the side, his automotive interests keep him busy and in his spare time, you can find him four-wheeling and fishing.

Steve Daigneau

Production Manager

Steve began his career in carpentry at the age of 15. He has over 25 years of experience in the industry, and has been with The Remodeling Company since its inception in 1998. His specialties include finish trim and built-ins. Outside interests include astronomy and mountain biking. Steve lives in New Hampshire with his wife and daughter.

Mike Giordano

Project Supervisor

After graduating from Shawsheen Valley Technical High School in 1996, Mike went to work for the family construction company with his father and grandfather until joining The Remodeling Company family in 2000. He obtained his Construction Supervisor License in 2006. Mike and his wife, Jamie, have a daughter Kelsey, and two sons, Mike Jr., and Jason. When not working he enjoys spending time with his family, coaching hockey, and golfing.

Tony Giordano

Project Supervisor

Learning how to use tools at age 12 from his grandfather, Tony was doing small jobs by age 17. In 1986 he started a construction company with his father and earned his Construction Supervisor License in 1987. Later Tonyʼs two sons, Mike and Steven came on board. Then in 2000, Tony, Mike and Steven joined The Remodeling Company. While his five sons were growing up, Tony coached them in little league and hockey. Now in his spare time Tony enjoys playing with his seven grandchildren. He also enjoys cooking because he loves to eat!

Steven Giordano

Staff Carpenter

Steven graduated from Shawsheen Valley Technical High School, Carpentry Class of 1999. After working for his fatherʼs construction business for a year, he joined The Remodeling Company in 2000. Steven enjoys and specializes in doing finish work, custom built-ins and installing cabinetry. Steven and his wife, Devony, have three children: Taylor, Jake and Ryan. Hobbies include playing hockey, riding his ATV and dirt bike, and hanging out with his kids.

Meghan Hobbs

Bookkeeper/Office Administrator

Meghan is responsible for recording the day to day financial transactions at The Remodeling Company as well as assisting with Human Resources. She has also been implementing various forms of social media, increasing our online presence. A Bradford College graduate with a degree in Psychology has provided Meghan with strong interpersonal skills – a perfect fit for a field which offers a high level of client satisfaction. When not at work, Meghan enjoys traveling and being outdoors with her family, as well as cooking and reading.

Matthew Morrison

Estimator/Assistant Production Manager

Matthew Morrison has been around the construction industry since his father Gary Morrison started his business in 2001.  Matt began working for his father as an apprentice carpenter in 2011 while still attending Salem State University.  He worked in the field for 2 years learning all the different aspects of the remodeling industry including: demolition, framing, finish work, and everything in-between.  In 2013 Matt transitioned to the office side of the business, picking up the estimation and scheduling duties.  When it was decided that Gary Morrison wanted to retire in 2015, Matt decided not to take over the business.  Matthew Morrison joined The Remodeling Company in February 2016 to continue in his specialty of estimation, and assisting in production management.  In addition to his career, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife Paige as well as friends and family.  Matt’s hobbies include learning about history, working on cars, and fishing.

Melissa Smith

Operations Manager

As her title suggests, Melissa is responsible for improving the operational systems, processes and policies at The Remodeling Company. In addition, she helps plan and design their marketing strategies, and also works closely with clients in their selection process. A UMass Amherst graduate in Media Communications & Journalism, Melissa has worked in publishing, advertising and public relations in London, San Francisco and Boston. A keen interest in residential design led her to TRC where she helped develop its infrastructure while learning the basics of the industry. In her spare time, Melissa enjoys traveling, cooking, running and reading.

Tam Tang

Staff Carpenter

Tam was born and raised in Vietnam, and came to the U.S. with his family in the early 80ʼs. He was a carpenter in Vietnam and carried over his expertise when he moved to the states. With more than 30 years of carpentry experience and a specialty in finish work, Tam has a precise eye for detail and keen mechanical skills that are an invaluable asset to The Remodeling Company. In his spare time, Tam enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
